We had a blast at Powell Pumpkin Patch last week. It was a beautiful clear, but chilly day. Megan was ecstatic about the pumpkins. I don't know if it was because of their orange color or their round shape, but she smiled and laughed the whole time. Here are some of the best pictures (I took too many to post here).

Meg is riding in an authentic Radio Flyer Red Wagon. It belonged to her Dad when he was a little boy. It took a little bit for her to figure out how to keep her balance in the wagon. The ground was very bumpy and hilly.

We have just picked our first pumpkin. She loved having it in the wagon with her.

She kept slapping the pumpkins to feel their texture and hear the dull sounds.

More pumpkin slapping.

Riding Along in my Radio Flyer...

There were some large pumpkins in the pumpkin patch. Meg loved to pull up on them.

I love the color Orange!!!

Here is one of the biggest pumpkins we found. I bet it weighed more than Meg.

At least she is taller than the pumpkin :)

Which one should we get?

Meg wants that one.

Here are the two we ended up picking. No more room for Meg in the wagon.

Powell Pumpkin Patch also had a homemade playground with tires and hay bales.

I'd like to see the tractor that tire came off of.

Get use to those hay bales. Someday Meg will be helping Mom feed some horses.
